A Special Announcement
Join us on Friday, July 23 for the Beat the Clock: Summer 48 Hour Film Challenge Screening presented by the Phoenix Film Festival and IFP-Phoenix. This year, the event will be an entire evening of celebrating film, and will be held at the Phoenix Art Museum with two screenings, pre- and post- parties and an awards presentation.
The 48 Hour Film Challenge is exactly what it sounds like. On July 16, 33 teams will be given a film genre, a line of dialogue and a prop that they have to use to make a three minute film. They then have just 48 hours to write, shoot and edit that film and turn it in. All 33 films that are completed will be screened at this event.
Schedule of events for Friday, July 23
